    Tried uphill running sprints. My naive goal was to do 10 sets. Hit the wall after 3. Going to try again next week.

      I've been doing IF for about 2 months now, I really love it - I have more energy all the time now and I've been losing bodyfat steadily but none of my muscle mass or strength! :D

      I'm happy to say that IF works for me, so far. It's relatively easy to follow and after months and months of standing still the weight is dropping again. First 3 days were very difficult. Had a headache 3 days in a row, was dizzy and felt sick. After that no more bad side effects. I have been skipping most of the breakfasts and delay the dinners. So I eat (low carb high fat) within 4-6 hours window in the evenings.
