    Messed up a little today by eating pizza at dinner. I was being lazy. However, I did go for a walk/run, and know I'll do better tomorrow! On the bright size...the new pants I bought a few weeks ago were a bit snug, and today they were much more loose!

    Trying to learn how to consume less carbs! Even a lot of my diet foods and veggie soup are more carbs than I expected!

      if you need help for ideas, look at macrobiotic or raw food recipes. veggies and fruits have carbs, yes; but they have far fewer carbs than prepared foods and packaged meals. Also, straight out stop buying bread or wraps or pasta or potatoes; it takes some training, but if you don't have easy carbs around you, you won't reach for them.
