      I've discovered that when I'm traveling for business, that I need to buy groceries and eat in my room as much as possible so that I don't keep eating 2-3x my daily allotment at restaurants. Its boring, but it helps me and my state of mind.

      Aha! This is so true! I'll be travelling for the next 3 months and I wonder how I can clock in as much time for exercise as I can right now. And of course, the food. It's so tempting to try everything especially when you're travelling to a new place! *tourist mode* :|

      I do that too SS .... just have to take clients out a lot, and work 14-15 hour days in the process .... so, it's a struggle to get any balance. I'm working on it!! thanks both for responding!!

      I saw the challenge and want to do it but I've already committed to 3 this week. Saving it for next week. I'm not so concerned with taking weight off as I am just trying to be healthier. But I would be happy to see some inches gone. Good job!
