    Low calorie breakfast ideas anyone?

So I'm having my 15th birthday in a couple months and I tend to stress eat. Taking that into consideration planning a quinceanera is very stressful! I try to stay on track by running and doing a lot of exercise. But since I am always out looking for stuff for the party I tend to eat a lot of fast food. I try to choose the healthier choices but they all seem very ugh... Well, unhealthy. I tell myself you have to fit in that dress but that's sometimes not enough. I am desperate for any help!

Walked on the beach with my best friend today. We had a adventure and wrote our names in the sand. Gotta love the coast.

So I'm a bit new to this app and I really want to do the simple fit challenge but I have no where to do pull up! I live on the coast and I can't find some where to do them. Can someone give me some ideas?

How low is low? A half cup of whole grain (brown rice, or cream of buckwheat) and a protein (two eggs, or 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, or a small can of water-packed tuna) come in well under 300 calories and keep me feeling full for three or four hours.

I wouldn't stress over a low calorie breakfast. It should be your biggest meal of the day! It kick starts your metabolism. Protein, protein, protein! I have a 1 egg & 2 egg white omelet, or egg & cheese on a 100% whole wheat tortilla and a serving of fruit or veggies or both. You can never go wrong w/ rolled oats & fruit. Good luck!

My favorite is a cup of fresh, ripe blueberries, 1/4 cup raw almonds with 1/4 cup of almond milk. It has great staying power, too!

I love having half a cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt with granola and a drizzle of honey. A glass of almond milk or green tea is really good with it. You just have to watch what kind of granola. Kind brand makes a great granola that's only 6 grams of sugar for 1/3 cup, but it doesn't taste like it!

At the top of my list is the banana pancake that includes exactly two ingredients - eggs and bananas. You can use just one egg with one banana, but you need to make sure your pan is hot when you cook it, and flip with care as it can be a little unstable. Two eggs gives you a fluffier cake, but still much less so than your traditional one, so make sure it's properly browned before turning over.

I normally make breakfast my biggest meal because it stops me from eating throughout the day... everyone is different though, just sharing my idea that works for me =)

Your breakfast should be your biggest meal and there are a number if healthy choices : Cereals with low fat or skimmed milk Fresh juices and cheese sandwiches ( but make sure it's nit high on cholesterol ) Staycaway from anything containing oil or butter if you're trying i lose weight .

I actually drink a healthy meal replacement/protein shake for breakfast and then eat a yogurt for a mid-morning snack to really get the metabolism moving. As the others say, protein is the best choice for breakfast and your breakfast should really not be less than 300 calories. Egg scrambles are my favorite on the weekends. 1 whole egg, and a couple egg whites with lots of veggies!

Instead of going to places like McDonalds when you have to eat fast food, try Panera or Chipotle. You can get healthy options there. Also, if you go to Chick fil a, you can order a kid's meal with the grilled nuggets instead of the fried, and you can get an unsweetened tea. That way the only thing that adds anything is the kid's sized fry. I know fast food is pretty limiting when it comes to healthy eating though.

Fast food is rough, but they're trying to make healthier options too! If you cant resist a burger, make sure to pack it full of all the veggies you can handle like tomato and lettuce, and try to use mustard instead of ketchup or mayo. Stay away from fried chicken, as those are calorie-laden with the breading and the frying. Also try to keep from putting cheese on the burger, as that's a ton of calories and fat right there. Stick to diet soda or tea or water. Happy birthday!!

A Quinceanera is an amazing celebration and I am excited for you! I first would like to say kuddos to you for being a goal setter at such a young age. This shows drive, passion an determination. Try setting short term goals to get you to your larger goal and create rewards for yourself along the way. Sadly, fast food is addicting with the sugar and salt. Try packing snacks when you will be out for long periods of time.

Then put aside the money you would have spent on the fast food and reward yourself at the end of a week or two weeks with a feel good/non food item (ex. mani, pedi, massage or movie with friends, but bring a snack). In addition, dropping soda including diet and replacing it with water will show benefits to your body quickly. I also see your working out and as you said "a lot". Make sure your intake of food is

not so little or your energy output so large that you are causing your body to go into starvation mode. This will be self defeating and could cause loss of muscle mass. Take your healthier lifestyle changes slowly. Remember life is a marathon, not a sprint and you want to create health choices that last your lifetime! Have a fantastic birthday celebration!

A quinceanera is a girls 15 birthday it is important because at this age a girl becomes a woman. There many things that symbolize this like the change between flats to heel. So that is a quinceanera in a nutshell.
