Got a horrible case of food poisoningthe night before last, and I am still recovering. My tummy won't accept anything other than crackers. Trying hard to stay hydrated.
Drinking Water !! LOL Seriously this is a big deal for me because I am addicted to soda !
Made my reward buying myself a new vinyl record. I already earned one on the last level and am about to level up this week so I guess that means I get to buy myself two on the next visit to the record store !

Just changed my reward pic, my next reward is a new record. I always want records that are around 20 bucks and I always talk myself out of it by saying I can find it cheaper somewhere else and end up waiting but This time I am going to let myself go for it ! LOL

I'm on day 4 of Insanity. Seriously the best decision I made was ordering it ! I know I am going to keep pressing play :)
gotta say.......I am trying to log a workout and am not able to find the moves to add to a routine. I am looking around and trying to find the closest thing but some moves have different names and it gets confusing. Also it is super time consuming and I am spending way too much time on the computer looking up stuf. Any one have any suggestions? I know we can't add moves.
Started Insanity, Yesterday was my fit test and today was my first real workout !!!
I DID IT !!! I didn't die and I had to stop a few times but I kept moving and finished !! I am so proud of me for getting off my butt !!

Started my Insanity program and did my first fit test. How would I log that in ? I searched and didn't find any of the Insanity workouts.
My next reward is dinner with my sister :) She lives almost an hour away so I don't get to see her as often as I'd like.
when I'm cooking at home it's hard to figure out my caloric intake.
I found this website and i can add all my ingredients and get nutritional information. It helps when I try to log my food and I can't find it on here, now I can add some recipes and just go to "recent foods" if it's something I eat often.
30 mins of Yoga this morning....... some light housework after dinner....... I'm pooped !
Is there a facebook group for slim kicker users? Something that can pop up in my newsfeed with motivational messages and such??

Yay!!! That's a hard habit to break! If you get bored with just water, try putting some lime or lemon juice in it. It makes it a lot easier to stick to when you mix it up a little.
Keep it up! I was the same as you. And once the sodas stopped, so did the bloating and I felt so much better. It's ok to indulge, I allow the weekend to be my indulge a little days, but stick with it during the week.
I have cut back on soda so much! It's so hard. Good job! Love your guts.

Thanks !! I'm taking the dog for a walk everyday now and he is sooooo happy ! Usually everyone else takes him but now we get alone time too.

LOL Insanity is a workout video program. They play the informercial every night on multiple channels.

it's really tough, but a really good workout.. what day are you on?
yeah, it can get a bit frustrating. not really sure what to suggest. i kinda hope that once sk gets out of beta or maybe even before that they could add a small video demonstration link next to the "i did this"/"add this to routine" tabs and maybe some extra tags on each exercise with its alternative names. don't know.
even just a brief description would be helpful, right now i have to google the move and look it up on other websites. *SIGH*
I really hope they add in popular workouts like P90X or Insanity as pre-built routines. Then you could just choose your workout, say what day you were on and it would auto-credit you. *crosses fingers*!

Awesome! I've done Insanity before and it is a tough workout but keep going and you will see results! I saw most of mine in month 2.

Congrats! My sister is doing Insanity right now and she calls it "intense" -- even for a fitness buff like her. Keep at it!
Wow! That looks hard. I want to try it but I might keel over.
I was super intimidated by it but i had to keep reminding myself that I just need to do what I can do and as time goes on i will get better. The most important thing is proper form and not how many you do.

Can't eat what's not there! Good for you! I like cinnamon in mine.
once you get used to it there is no going back! I <3 my coffee black. Try a lighter roast when you are first getting started. I find they are easier to handle straight.

Gawd, I'm not ready to face drinking my Dunkies black. It was almost more than I could bear to go from 'regular' (half-and-half & sugar) to milk & Splenda! I'll cut back on vegetables or something. Ha!
Probably have to log individual exercises that you did. You get more points that way, anyway!
