I have been very busy and have had not enough time to enter my exercises and foods I've been a bad boy

I walked today for two hours coming back from the mall
I'm starting back after the week in New York
My yellow fruit for today was a banana
I added a new exercise to my routine.(Flat Knee Raises)
Oh I just completed another level Yeahhh!! Moving on up !!
I went to the park and ran then came back to do bodyweight exercises in my apt . Felt good , Love that endorphin rush
I completed the last challenge No added sugars for a 1 week
I increased my number of burpees 2 set 10
I got in some exercise today even though I did feel up to it, did burpees, prisoner squat and lunges
lost 2 lbs today
I am on Level 3 woo hoo!!
Did my morning jumpstart routine burpees ,coffee and oatmeal :)
Did my set of spiderman pushups while waiting on my oatmeal to cook for a min
Did a set of burpees and did walk quite a bit today in addition participating in this week’s challenge
While I am cooking my oatmeal for 1 min I do either stretching or do a set for 10 reps of burpees for that minute usually in the morning
I went and did a ten minute jog/walk today
I finished my first challenge and did well on it
Yeah I am level 2!!
I joined the week challenge I am hoping I will do ok with this , I do practice this occasionally with my meals if I am aware and rested -of course not rushed to eat in a certain time. I am a Marine Corp veteran and it is was ingrained from then to eat fast with out thinking about

No, it was impossible (hence the reason I have joined this instead)

I wasn't actually as I had not found them, but am having a look at them now

I was thinking of writing a blog about exercise adherence which I think will benefit beginners as well as seasoned exercise buffs
