Finally broke my weight plateau Every time on the scale 140 very disheartening but I preserved and kept positive thoughts and behaviors I eliminated red wine I increased my cardio sessions to 90 minutes I made sure to eat every 3-4 hours I drank 9 glasses of water I journaled everything I ate differently for dinner-lighter meals salads soups I am convinced that this weight will not return and am enjoying this accomplishment Good luck to all with your goals

I would recommend soy milk over almond milk unless you have a substantial issue with soy products Almond milk has a larger amount of sugar Also your symptoms are a common effect of cow milk while cheese and or yogurt don't produce same symptoms

That's excellent progress! I think it matters so much more that the changes are able to be permanent because they were done due to lifestyle changes and not some radical push or kick start that is unrealistic for the long haul. Keep up the good work! Great choices make great bodies!

Even registered dietitian/nutritionists control their weight and exercise As I get older the proportions have changed I need to increase activity just to maintain weight so to drop even 5lbs my food and water intake really matter smart filling choices Exercise also cardio within numbers Core exercises to strengthen the back Flexibility vital

It depends. You can buy almond milk that's no sugar added. You also have to watch what goes into soy milk. If you are really sensetive to dairy, cheese and yogurt are not your friend either. The exception on cheese is hard cheeses like cheddar or romano. Goat cheese is also lactose free and very yummy.
