    I haven't done well this month. I've lost about 20kg total so I'm doing ok in the long run but I feel like I'm doing less well lately. Motivation is down and I keep making poor food choices. I'm looking for a weight loss support group but one where I don't have to subscribe to a diet plan.

      How come you're off track? When I get off track it's usually because stuff happens and then I stop losing weight or gain a bit which causes me to lose my motivation.
