    cooked spinach with pasta and used fat-free cream cheese and milk for the sauce.. turned out yummy. Ate 1 cup and was completely satisfied!

    Have been going through our albums.. rearranging all the pictures.. deciding which ones need to be kept for our move to Turkey and which need to just be thrown away! Didn't realize how many pictures we had! Have been working on this since last week. I hope to be finished today!

    Moving the whole family from Chicago to Istanbul Turkey in July of this year... and some days I'm just feeling overwhelmed... and today is one of those days.. sorry not really inspirational.. feeling bla.. but I did eat healthy so far instead of trying to feel better by eating..

    I lost 4lb the first week and 0 lb last week. But this week I'm not letting that 0 discourage me. I'm staying strong and hoping to push through the platoe. I hope I don't see another 0 this week.

    @Hope Whoops.. hmm.. in the diet section, u'll see the progress bar for calories, carbs, etc.. if you tap on calories, there you will see the food log. Guess this is not that obvious..

      Oh cool! I'm sorry I didn't see that at all! That's a great help! Thanks It's probably just me.. now that you mentioned it.. there is an arrow button on the right side of the calories... don't know why I didn't see that..

      I hate drinking water - it just seems so plain when you have so many other drinks that say tempting stuff like 'diet' or 'sugar free.' So I put a bit of lemon or lime juice in my water and it's so much easier to drink!

      Some suggestions for the app.. It would be nice to see in the food log section.. the items you added or logged in for the day. Sometimes I don't remember if I've logged in an item I ate and in order to check it I have to leave the app and go on the website.

      Another thing I think would be nice is in the weight loss section the line graph is in brackets of 20. So for example my starting weight was 152 today it's 143. But because the brackets are in 20's you can barely see the weight loss on the graph. Makes me feel like its not a big accomplishment. Loosing 20lbs will take a long time and it's more motivational to see that line going down. So maybe brackets of 5 would be good?

      I would scan them and put them on the computer but.. hubby just wants to bring all of them! He's sentimental too... but I think you're right.. that's a good idea.. at least to have as a back up! I would be so hurt if those got lost and you can't really trust the airlines.. there's always that margin of error.. Thanks for the tip!!

      We are going back because all of our family is there. I've lived in the states foremost of my life so it will be a big transition. Especially for the kids whom are 8 and 11 :) so much to plan and think about. Starting from scratch with a family feels stressful. But I appreciate all your support! I hope I can loose weight and reach my goal in the process :)
