    Well it's the 4th day and I am right on the spot with calories....but I got a little hungry! How long before my stomach knows it doesn't need all that bad food? LOL

    It's only my 2nd day and I wanted a McD's cheeseburger so bad but I didn't give in! Let's hope tomorrow goes as well as today.

      I say it usually takes a week before my stomach shrinks. Just keep it up!

      Calorie counting is good, but be sure to fuel your body every 2-3 hours to stabilize your blood sugar. Watching calories is important, but make sure your choices are nutrient rich, high in protein and low in carbs. Drink tons of water - 1/2 your body weight in ounces!

      When cravings hit, drink some water or tea! I always find that my cravings go down a lot when I'm hydrated.
