    Problem... Apparently according to my food log I am eating to much sugar but thats all from fruits nothing unhealthy is that bad I mean it's healthy sugar right?

    Had a horrible cheat day and I hope I can get on track and get the motivation to do this... I just started this today and I really hope I can make this cuz I'm not very good with losing weight, I usually end up binging... Y is that? Anyone?

    Problem... Apparently according to my food log I am eating to much sugar but thats all from fruits nothing unhealthy is that bad I mean it's healthy sugar right?

      Don't take the food log too literaly.. how many fruits portions do you eat? try 3-5 a day. cheack if you can choose less sugery fruits http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/diet/healthy_eating/fruit_veg_portion.htm good luck

      You can still eat too much fruit and fruit juice - there is really no such thing as healthy sugar. It's better to have the fiber with your sugar that comes from fruit, but you still need to watch the total.

      It's really hard to change the way you usally act, especially when it's something really not nice like a diet. To me it really help to have a very big support system- I use a professional dietitian that I call when I feel like I am going to break. Also try to drink alot (it really helps), eat fruits (not watermelons or grapes) and for lunch eat a big salad with protein. Try to do those things and it will help a bit. The most important thing is not to give up!!

      Thank you! That really made my day to know someone is going through the same thing I am... Just a question why are watermelons and grapes bad? I will try it without a dietitian cuz I just want to shed a few pounds... I just need motivation for exercise and self control

      They are very healthy for you! But they also very tasty (in my opinion) becouse of the suger.. so you need to eat them very moderately... Its easier and less fatning to eat fruits that have less suger and that are already in the right size. So eat the sugerary fruits but not too much
