    Today my willpower was definitely tested, I was hanging out with some friends and there was candy and potato chips (chips are my weakness, and I'm supposed to avoid them), and all I had was one chip! Usually when I have one I just keep eating. So I'm pretty proud of myself, actually!

    Wow, it's hard to be healthy. I always thought I ate too much but I'm actually way below the calorie-limit. It's just that I eat the wrong kind of food. Loads of carbs. But I'm motivated to change my habits!

      It IS hard but so worth it. Nice job on getting started by tracking what you eat... it'll help a ton!
