    My own personal fat boot camp starts tomorrow. Up by 7am, down by 11pm. Oooo-rah! Fat be gone!

    Lost six more pounds this week. Plan to lose 115 by December. That means a lot more effort, restraint and determination on my part. I can do this!

    I think I'm going to do the SimpleFit Challenge this week and see how I handle it. Seems easy enough. Looking through the others for my other four now. :D

    I rode my bike for just under three hours this morning, then sweated my butt off mopping the floor. OH YEAH. GUESS WHO IS GONNA LOSE 20 pounds this month?!?!? *Emphatically points to self while doing a dorky dance.* THAT'S WHO!

    Well, I did three of five challenges this week...but, I definitely let myself go down a dark road as far as eating went. I HAD DONUTS THIS WEEK!!! :O Today is a new day though, a fresh start and I intend to kick ass this week. <3

    I chose my next five challenges! 10 Wall Pushups, 10 Normal Squats, 100 Planks in a Week, Play with Your Kids (or in my case, my room mate's kid), and Walks After Lunch! WOOOOO!

    I have two more percent to go until I can pick new challenges and I can't wait!!! I completed all of them, (though my wall squats are more like wall falls after 55 seconds) and I want new ones so bad I can taste it!

    Trying, (Trying being the key word here...) to stop smoking. I have cut back to 4-6 cigarettes a day. I think that for the next three days unless I am exercising I am LOCKING MYSELF IN MY ROOM! I can do this! Didn't make it today, but tomorrow is always a fresh start.

    I finished my first level! I'm sore as all get out, but I did it! Woot!!! I think I'll skip the reward this time since it only took me a day to complete, but what a good start! Good luck everybody!

    I just joined this site today and already feel great for having a set structure of things to do so that I'm not sitting around saying, "There is nothing to do..." Love this!

      Thank you, Everyone! MissAngM, my goal is to get down to 158 by December. When I started out dieting and exercising a year ago, I was 100lbs heavier than I am now. :)

      Very well, actually. I definitely felt the burn, but it gives you rest days so it really wasn't so bad.

      That is one of my goals too Juliet. When I am at work if I go to take a smoke break I make myself walk at the same time. Found I don't finish a whole one that way and then I continue walking till I have put in 10 min total. Is helping me to cut back and exercise too!

      Workin' on it! Did 3 - 10 min fast walks today - said I burned 230 calories. Most exercise I have had in a long time. Still got to get the hang of the diet part though! To many sugars and carbs! Gack! :)
