    Lost 70 pounds last year. Have to get back on track after falling kinda hard during Christmas. So here's to getting back :) 60 more pounds to lose this year hopefully before July. Tomorrow's another day! Gl everyone tomorrow on your Monday's!

      Just by calorie counting and exercise I guess lol. I walk 30 mins a day. Do cardio for an hour a day And strength training 4 times a week. other than that I'm a stay at home mum with two kids lol that keeps me pretty busy.
