    just starting out again, one mile outside, 14 squats, 14 pushups, and 14 situps. No serious reason for the numbers, just thought it'd be amusing to do the training I saw in a manga, but I'm not up to that level so I did the same percentage for each exercise.

    5 miles on the elliptical, I keep having to restart exercising, just get so drained by the time I get home from work that I never feel like going to the gym

    quick 1 mile run on asphalt, forgot my watch so I haven't the slightest idea as far as speed but it felt like it was an ok 4.5-5 mph

      Is it at all possible to go right to the gym from work? That's what I do and it's much easier to walk through that gym door if I haven't gone home first.

      Agree with GrizzledAtoms - or get up early & go before work. If I don't exercise first thing in the morning, it never happens...I've been known to wake up at 4:15am to squeeze it in (but I won't say I liked it)!
