    I've released that to keep engaged, fitness must be fun. So I'm thinking about alternating between the gym and Jillian Michaels videos. I always feel like JM works me harder, but I get bored so fast.

    I've been off for about two weeks, ugh. But I discovered stretch marks on my chest, thighs, and hips today. So upsetting. So even though I'm on vacation I'm getting back on track. I want to full these marks and lose weight to stop from gaining more. I just want to be pretty and fit damn it

    Wow! I haven't seen a number in the 40s in forever! 11lbs down and 20 to go. I'm a 1/3 of the way there, woohoo!!

    not surprised I didn't really lose any weight this week. I only worked out 4 times this week and had 2 off days because of proms. That's okay though, I don't regret it. I had such a good time.

    Wow I can't believe I've let myself get this big. I need to lose a solid 10 lbs to fit into my graduation dress in a month. Starting tomorrow I'm eating 1200 calories and doing Jillian Michaels workouts. I neeeeed to shed this weight. I just feel so trapped in my body. I have 4.5 months to get knot shape for college.

      I'm going through the same thing. If you take vitamin E, that helps the marks disappear, and cayenne pepper capsules speed up metabolism by %15, so if you take one pill before each meal you don't add to you fat build up. I'v been doing it, and it works. :)

      If you drink a ton of water through the day you won't be so hungry. Milk works also.
