    I'm like trying to eat less sugars bt love eating fruit. I told myself because it's natural sugar it isn't bad but am not sure. Does anybody know?

    Okay. So for breakfast I'm gonna try just making natural juices and then for lunch is when I would eat a meal. Is that healthy or will that make losing weight a bigger challenge ? Cuz u know I'm not eating a big breakfast.

    I want to go on a low carb challenge. Bt then what am I suppose to eat if everything has carbs. I'm not sure this challenge is for me. Can anyone give me some foods with low carbs

      If you don't have a medical reason to lower your sugar intake I wouldn't be too concerned about going over on sugar because of fruit. Just my opinion anyway.

      NATURAL SUGARS ARE NOT UNHEALTHY OR BAD. They're an absolute positive to our body and weight and health along side vegetables, water, and exercise.

      Fruits are definitely not bad for you. They are especially good to eat in the afternoon or in the place of dessert. I can tell you, however, that if you eat too many servings of fruit per day, it may slow your weight loss down sp be sure that you are tracking your servings and that you aren't NOT eating veggies, too. If your fruit intake is higher than your veggie intake on a regular basis, you may want to consider swapping out one or two of them.

      Fruit is better than candy because of the natural sugars, but too much can have a similar effect. Especially with dried fruit. I recommend eating more vegetables, but still including fruit ( earlier in the day is better because your body has a chance to burn it off, because when you are sleeping any heavy foods you ate will sit and become fat. Props to you for looking at your diet.

      I am no expert but I've hear that breakfast is an important meal. It's great that you want to make wise food choices. Fruits, vegetables, protein and whole grains are high-fiber foods and they fill you up. Juice may not. I like to have protein like almonds for breakfast. Protein makes my stomach feel full and jump starts my metabolism after being asleep all night.

      I second the recommendation of protein for breakfast. I used to have hot cereal for breakfast and would be ravenous by mid morning. I switched to having protein of some sort (with or without some grain choice), and I don't start getting hungry again for four hours or so. My protein choices are usually either a small can of water-packed tuna, a hard-boiled egg (or two), or half a chicken breast.

      I'm with Fox and Riko. One of my favorite breakfasts, and a very filling one (believe it or not) is a cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup raw almonds. Raw almonds are a good source of protein and 1/4 cup keeps me going all morning!

      Mix each one to your preferred taste and you got yourself, breakfast(most important meal of the day for weight loss), lunch, and diner. All low calorie, healthy, low carb, and high in fiber(something most people don't get enough of).

      Carbs in general are not bad, so be sure that the carbs you DO take in are the good kind (like fruits and veggies) vs. the bad kind (processed foods and whites - sugars, rice, bread). Opt for whole grains and brown or basmati rice when you have a choice. Good luck!!

      Yes! I drink a huge amount of water and it usually expands ur stomach but if drink small sips over a period of time with pauses in-between then it won't expand as much as when ur taking huge gulps, hope that helped:)

      I'm glad you brought this up. My wife was going thru the same thing and after a couple of month she saw nothing THEN all of a sudden she was getting daily results. Stick with it. The work comes before the reward.

      Never give up on losing the weight you want to cause eventually you will lose the weight even if you don't notice someone else will and when you finally notice it. I promise it will be beautiful.
