    Strawberries. Now it is their time and I`m eating them A LOT. They are in low calories, but sugars... Just thinking - if I`m eating them instead for lunch, it is bad? I will stay fat? :s

    ehh, yesterday I ran 8km and I thought that today I`ll rest but no - today is so beautiful weather that I cycled 10km. :) If I can, you can. KEEP GOING EVERYONE!!!

    I`m back here and ready for changes but problem is that Wednesday gonna be my birthday. My sweet grandma is already baked my favorite biscuits and tomorrow she will bake special cakes for me... I want start new life but it seems that will starts after couple days cuz somebody needs to eat that all food! Maybe with new Monday?...

    I`m full and feeling very good with South Beach Diet, but is already afternoon, but around day I`d eaten only 405 kcal!! O.o I`m really eating very healthy with a lot of vegetables, eggs, nuts and tuna, but in reality it is small, right...? Afraid, that my organism will go yo starvation mood... any suggestion?

    i will start different way. From this time I`m starting South Beach diet! For a while I`m eating very less and almost every time I`m in hunger, but my weight is not moving ( or very slowly) . Maybe when I`ll be eating wright and without binge my weight will AT LEAST move...?

    today I`ve ate only ~550 kcal, but my sugar limit is past! ;( I ate tangerines, so that`s why. >:/ it is not fair!!!!!!!!!!

    I`m so proud! I had very very hard/intensive workout 3(!!!!) hours with my best friends. Wright now felling is sleepy so goodbye, dears, and I wish you luck! :) BE STRONG

    I was so stressed after school so I ate much of sweets and SAUSAGES. :((( I`m over my kcal limit, but this makes me stronger to another problems. We are all humans, wright?

      Strawberry is a good fruits to eat but not to much of the because of sugars. You need to eat the serving size. Good luck

      Events motivate me. I sign up in advance for multiple events such as mountain bike races, running races, Warrior Dash's and a Tough Mudder. Picturing a finish line always gets me going!

      Like GrizzledAdams events motivate me. I usually sign up for one or two challenging events every six months or so. Sometimes the event is a challenge to finish. If not, I set a finishing goal that is a challenge, but doable with training. For some reason the combination of possible "public" failure, plus an event/goal I really want to complete is very motivating for me.

      Group and team events where I have to be 100% so I dont let my team mates down. Also, pictures of myself when I was in top shape…reminds me of what is under the current outer layer.

      Hey, part of being healthy is learning to let yourself enjoy food that is high-calorie and/or nutritionally poor in reasonable amounts when the occasion calls for it, without guilt, without overeating it because it feels "forbidden", etc. Instead of seeing this as a setback to your healthy lifestyle, how about seeing it as a chance to practice this skill? Get excited about this opportunity :) you can always share or freeze any extra (since it does sound like a lot!)

      Wow thanks you all! I think, birthday can be day where I change myself like in New Year Eve. When I`ll eat that last biscuit I will start new, clean life. It`s almost spring - I love running, cycling etc. Just sweets and DELICIOUSSSS cheese are stopping me to my perfect body. :)) p.s. Avovocado your idea about food freezing is very good&smart! Tnx.

      A healthy lifestyle can only be achieved by daily, small victories and good choices. Every single one, no matter how small it seems at first, MATTERS. Be sure to give yourself CREDIT for each good choice you make. Every day. You can do this!

      It worked great for me (when nothing else did)! Just try to stick to healthy protein, since you will be eating a lot protein. You won't get hungry, which is great.
