    According to my food log I consistently eat too many carbs and sugar and not enough protein or fiber. What kinds of foods do I need to be eating to get this a little more balanced??

      Try cutting back on fruit due to the high sugar (albeit natural sugars) content, and increase non starch veggies. Veggies high in fiber include broccoli, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, zucchini). Also increase lean meats/fish/eggs to up your protein intake.

      If you are eating fruit then it adds carbs and sugar, but don't worry about it because our body needs good carbs and sugar and that's what fruit provides :) keep up the good work!!
