I had a rough couple of days (moving and the decision of a new job), fell apart on my eating. Very little during the day causes me to gorge myself before bed. New plan now. Focus on my nutrition during the day and try a diary.

Tonight I will fight the urge to b/p because I know what it does to me and I know that it is not worth my life, health and progress. I also know it will be one of the hardest things I can do... Wish me luck :)

@MineISaTemple SlimKicker is now back up, after being down for the past day. Our web host (Amazon) was having problems, but it's all fixed now. Because of the downtime, for the next 2 days, we're giving away +20 bonus points for every food you log. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

You're taking the first step and talking about it here. Don't think of it as something you're quitting forever. Think of more as something you don't have to do this time. You have the choice to not do it this one time. Once you get over the first hurdle, you can start thinking about later, but for now, just focus on this one time.

You can add it as a routine. This site has a calculation you can use. http://www.livestrong.com/article/89945-calculate-calories-burned-hula-hoop/

All about distractions to begin with. When you start living your life instead of being controlled by this compulsion, you will slowly be able to break away and it will eventually fade away. Good luck and never be afraid to ask for support.

You can do it! Eat slowly, and chew each bite 30 times, as a rule. Say no to foods you know you will later regret. And if you screw up, don't screw up further by damaging your health in a much more serious way, because time will pass and those calories are insignificant in the long term. Smile, and love yourself. You've got support.
