      I'm not Paleo and I have had days that I've gone over on protein. Sometimes I wonder where they get their numbers from. Another web site gives me 300 more calories a day as well, so I really don't depend on their amounts. Just use them for guidance.

      One day it's protein over, the next it's fat or carbs. As long as I log my food I feel in charge :)
