    Completely unmotivated today. Didn't feel like getting out of bed and I don't feel like going to work, much less do any challenges or even eat breakfast. Can I close my eyes and it be 4:30 please. I might feel better then. *sigh*

    Does anyone ride bicycles?? (not stationary bikes, although we do have one of those) I think I'd like to get two bikes for me and my husband. I was looking two nights ago and didn't know what a "good" bike would be. Any suggestions for men's and women's bikes???

      I plan on it. Its just since there isn't an app for android yet its hard to make a note of my food on the go. Also as i'm from England and most of the food is american i will need a chance to enter all the nutritional value myself. And I am taking my final year exams. Thanks for your concern :)

      Very true indeed! We all have bad days, or stretches of bad days, that only makes you normal ;) Stick with it, keep recording your diet and/or exercise...don't beat yourself up for deviances and bad days. Look at the whole of your recordings here and you might see you do 'good' more often than you do 'bad' :)

      Thanks ladies. Yes! Very hard in the beginning. I had no idea how out of shape I was til I did that challenge. The last couple days I've been able to do 15. First day I exhausted at squat #4. LOL.

      Yeah, I record everything. Including water. That's how I learned I'm soooo far from the recommended 8 cups a day. Tish does too. Even if you wait til the end of the day to do it, just go through it. Get those points!!!!!
