    @skinnybitch1 If your finding it hard because your hunger is too much then change your diet plan! i've successfully dieted and found the best plans don't leave you feeling empty or unsatisfyied. the low carb or no carb diet is easily managed and both hunger and cravings will stop. get a book for just a few pence online so you can utilise all the things your allowed. starving won't work cos you can't stick to it unless your trying to punish yourslef.

      Thank you and I have a lot of books about the dietary stuff and what should work for my body type. I do not starve myself I actually eat a lot I just don't like to put it in to this system I know that is a bad habit but I always feel I need to work it off more when I put what I eat in to this system
