    Stayed in the green on everything but carbs today and hit a personal best on my 5k run tonight. Pretty good day!

    Some inspiration for you all and me: Went to Costco today and passed up all the yummy red velvet cupcake and butter pecan pie samples...then went for a run and what did I pass?? The Ice Cream truck! I ran as fast as possible by it.. I feel like the sugar fairies were out to get me today! They DID NOT succeed!

    Lost 2lbs in 9 days! Went for a nice 80 min easy hike this evening.. not a bad day. Have a weekend of running ahead-yay!

    I need to level up because I want to do the level 3 "No processed meats" challenge. I already stopped eating that stuff, so I want the 2000 pts!! :o)

      Wait until the weekend after you go shopping so you can do it Tues-Sat, each day you are at work. No fun starting something like that on your days off where you can actually cook at your house. :o) And you are welcome for the kick in the pants. You are always so Ms. P for me!!     @Oxford82 I have started 4 separate challenges......... join me? Off to do 10 squats. Oh and one is a 1 hour electronics curfew...sooooo I'll be offline at 10pm tonight.... for the next week ..........

    @Jbugsly Hi! I'm Melissa and friends with Chris on FB.. :o) Is the Brazzilan Butt Lift that you did a couple of weeks ago the one that is offered through beachbody.com? I've done Insanity a few times from that site and wondered how the other programs were.

      Yep, that is the one! I have a few other Beach Body dvd's but have not tried them yet. I have done and like P90x but have not tried Insanity yet :)
