    After another 6 weeks of bootcamp I am down by 1,5 % of body fat. In total down by 3% so it is all worth it!!!!

    Up early, porridge for breakfast and going to cut the grass now.... Keep myself busy on a day off to put the food out of my mind :-)

      Like I commented to HiLLjo... My trick is that for any fruit I've eaten for the day, I enter it in at the end of the day. That way I can see how much processed sugar I've consumed during the day before entering sugar from fruits.

      Oh, this does make sense and I will defo try it out tomorrow. I cannot give up on my apples and oranges as they save me from eating unhealthy snacks

      I really recommend that you do some research into nutrition and reset the goal values according to your own needs. I noticed that the default here was way different than the default on a previous site I had used so that made me make some personal decisions about the amount of carbs and proteins I needed. I was eating no refined sugar.

      Yep, I agree as I used a different calorie counter before and I never went over my sugars unless i had a chocolate bar, I never have sugars in my meals and the only ones I have are from fruit so I shouldn't be going over the limit as I don't eat them in kilograms ;-)

      I just upped my sugar allowance so that I can eat a mango without going over the limit.

      Use small plates and bowls so it looks like you are having loads on your plate.... I cool porridge with half water and half milk, yummy!!!
