    I like that if we do not choose a picture when we create our profile, it selects a photo depicting us as a warrior. Symbolic of the fight we have against ourselves maybe? Just an observation(:

    I have recently been using this app to safely cut weight for wrestling, but soon I will be able to use it to go on a bulk cycle and gain muscle mass. So many opportunities! Loving this app!

    Down 5 pounds in the first 3 days! This app is amazing! I'm logging every food and excersize I do and i really enjoy completing challenges. Five stars(:

      Try to remember your "why". What are your goals, and WHY did you make them. I know when I'm struggling to make healthy food choices or to workout when I'm too tired or just don't want to, I try to remember what I want more...that one night of giving in (too many of which led to me being where I am now), or the reason I even bothered in the first place.

      TryAre you trying to be healthier so you can play with your kids? Are you trying to be a role model for those around you? Are you missing your old body and are too mad to spend money on clothes in a size you don't want to be wearing? What's your why? Focus on that, if you can. I've never heard anyone say they regretted working out - only that they regretted NOT working out.

      I don't know how young you are, but I tell myself that this is the prime of my life and I want to be at my very best. I don't want to look back at my body when I'm 60 and think, " what a waste." Angel is right. I haven't heard a single person regret working out.
