    @Samiau89 Well I am glad he is helping you. Increasing your water intake could help. Also it's so important for the first two weeks to be 100% on plan. No cheating. You will be extremely hungry for the first few days. The first 1-5 days are the hardest. If you do not cheat and do not give in to your hunger you will be in day burning. Then you will notice you are no longer hungry and consistently thinking about food. Did your coach explain fat burning?

      Yes.. He wants me to up my water.. I maybe didn't have my head in the game the first week.. I'm 100% committed this week.. Instruggledcwith hunger and maybe took a bit or 2 of something I shouldn't have. Onward

    @BoosMommy I just started medifast and have a health coach but would love any advice.. My first week was awful.. I guess I didn't have my head in the game. I need to lose 60 lbs and hope I'm down 30 by my sons grad in may.. Is this possible

      Anything is possible once you set your mind to it. Your health coach should help you troubleshoott what went wrong with Wk 1. Take Shape for Life is all about support and us coaches guide you through it all...you're never alone! 30# by May is totally feasible....you have to be ALL IN and remind yourself daily WHY you started this journey. I'm not on here much so feel free to email me....posted below.
