    I'm so disappointed! I went to Wendy's and ordered a half size chicken pecan aplple salad and only ate half of it and it still had 10.5 grams of sugar! :( so now I'm over on my daily sugar limit...twice this week... :p

    Just joined the skip your favorite junk food challenege. I'm avoiding all chocolate. Hershey's, Nutella, etc. it's only a week and I know i can do it!

    LEVEL 8!!! Went up a level plus some in one day! I ate healthy and did yard work (tough stuff) for about 6 hours! WHOO WHOO!!

    I don't think there's a way to measure your weight loss in inches is there?? I've now moved on to strenghtening my muscles (in addition to weight loss) so I've been sticking to inches I loose.

    I'm down to 114 pounds and the pounds are so much harder to loose!! They just won't leave me, even though I still have a lot of stomach and thigh fat. I think I'm going to stop worrying about the pounds since I'm trying to build muscle now anyway and that actually adds good pounds onto my weight, any recommendations???

    Hey guys! Happy nothing important that I know of day. Anyway so I'm doing the 100 planks in one week challenge and I'm almost half way but when I log my planks into my body section, where it says log exercise and everything, the planks log button asks how many you did and how many pounds!! What should I put under how many pounds??? My body weight?? How long I didi each plank?????? If someone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it

    I just started the replace juice with tea challenge and it strictly says no juice. But does sparkling water count as juice? I kinda rely on them when I can't stand water any longer

    I ate 761 calories and burned roughly 1,050 calories-if I want to lose weight I have to lose 500 pounds more than I eat daily-(one pound=3,500 calories) why is this so hard for me???

    Level 6!! But I have a terrible migraine that I had all day yesterday and still have-and working out just makes me feel like really sick!! I feel disgusting and I'm not burning any calories! :(

      That is one of my favorite salads!! I don't worry about sugar so much when I know I'm eating protein and fiber to counter it. Over all I feel healthy when I balance things. Also, I only drizzle half a pack of dressing on and save the pecans till I have very little salad so I feel like I'm getting desert.

      Try switching things up and doing new routines. By trying something new, your working different muscle groups and working your body in a different way you'll break any plateau. My recommendation would be swimming, because not only do you get your cardio in but the water also will give you the resistance you need to build more muscle:)

      But I don't have a pool and I can't afford public swimming, my cousin has a pool so I'm tryin to plan going there once a week...even if it's every other week...idk

      it will help you to sprint every morning and do an ab workout to burn off that extra fat. Just get up half an hour earlier than usual and do a quick warm up jog, stretch and then sprint as fast as you can for maybe 30-40 seconds. Slow down to a jog, and then sprint again. Do this sequence 4-5 times total. Then pick any ab workout that you like. do abs every other day.       "a lot of fat"? Common girl, how much could it really be at 114lbs! I weigh 117 and although I have a little belly I would never call anything on my body fat. Be proud of yourself, you're probably tiny!

      At 114lbs? Maybe if you were 3 feet tall! Do strength training exercises to build muscle- even without changing your weight- even with gaining- you'll still feel and look more skinny because of how compact muscle is compared to fat.

      I've been feeling kind of unmotivated lately also. I hurt a leg muscle and was resting it for a few days and now I feel gross. Which is weird because I never thought I would say that not exercising would make me feel gross. I have been trying to 'like' motivational pages on facebook so when I am going through my newsfeed i can see inspirational pictures.

      You create a food (or recipe, if you made it yourself). If there's something similar, just hit "clone+edit" and go from there.

      if it's flavorless sparkling water it doesn't have any juice. it's just carbonated water. if it has flavor in it, it's probably still juice-free. The strict "no-juice" rule is probably aimed at those drinks that are half-fruit-half-tea that have been coming out. That's what I assumed anyway.

      If I actually get 500 calories Burned more than I eat daily I should loose about a pound a week-it's been 8 weeks and I lost 5-6 pounds

      Are your 1,050 including your resting metabolism or is that all from working out?

      If you don't eat enough your body can be trying to convert what you do eat to reserves, or fat. You are stalling out your metabolism too.

      I hope you're taking into account your resting metabolism... Your body uses calories to do all sorts of stuff- not just exercise. So you have to burn 500 more than you eat, yes, but you burn plenty just by existing.

      Agree though with Valkyrie. You might be triggering your body into starvation mode if you're burning more calories than you're physically eating (cause your body is using quite a bit just existing too!)... Might want to figure out what a healthy amount of calories is for someone working out that much, I doubt it's any less than at least 1000-1200 calories per day.

      Pushups is more of a strength building exercise than a calorie burning exercise.The calories burned , are negligible compared to the benefit of the toning it accomplishes. I would like to see Slimkicker add a way to input the calories burned but am not sure how they could do it. It would almost have to be a ____minutes of pushups more than a number of pushups kinda thing.

      Migraines are terrible! I feel for you!! But take the time to get over it... drink plenty of water and rest up.. you'll feel better and be back to your regular workout soon!

      Be easy with yourself. If you are feeling ill, your body is telling you that it needs time to recover. Take a break from your normal workout and go for a slow walk, if you can manage. Or just do your best to get a good night's rest. You'll feel better soon!
