    Well, I went shopping a couple weeks ago and got some shorts...I got them home and they didn't zip, and well..I couldn't breathe. But today, I wore the shorts all day, zipped up and breathing easily. :3

    Starting over..I have let myself go again and need a change. I over-eat when I get bored. Time to keep myself busy! Any suggestions that I can do at home?? I'm 16 and am stuck at home. :P

    Quit the whole eating healthy/exercise thing for a while but felt horrible about myself. I'm back on track and am more excited than ever! Walked 2.4 miles with the family today...feels great to do this together! :D Hope everyone is doing well! Don't give up guys! It's all worth it!

    I have now lost 7 lbs!! :D I can honestly say that I am proud of myself(: Been eating less, and the wii fit is my go-to when I want a fun workout! I got new running shoes too, I have to try them out soon!! This is sooo worth it!!!

    Feeling so good!! :D Hope everyone is doing good, syicking to it. Because trust me, it is worth it!! I've lost 2lbs so far, I know it's not a lot but that's just the beginning! :D Can't wait to see me a year from now!!!

      loose clothes = a great feeling! Toning up makes things fit better much quicker than trying to shed weight too.

      I find yoga to be very helpful. It keeps you calm and focused and there is always room to improve. Plus anybody can do it.

      Go for a ten minute walk. I do that with my grandpa or alone. It passes the time. Or you can just ignore the kitchen, Like it doesn't even exist and then you'll forget to eat. Happen to me last year many times. It's horrible, it's better just to go for a walk or talk to your family or friends about random things.

      It is always good to do core work like pushups or planks. Squats and lunges for legs. Climb stairs if you have them. Arm circles work with no equipment. Jumping jacks and burpees are great for cardio. Good luck!

      Theres something called a hip flexor stretch which gets rid of the little "pooch" some ppl have. It's great and I've been doing it and it's not hard at all. Even the most fit people can have this little "pooch" because their hip flexor muscles are out of line!

      Nice job! You have the right attitude! I've been sticking to it for about 15 months now and it has really paid off. If you stay with it, you will be absolutely amazed at yourself in a year!

      Click on "Settings" in the upper right-hand of the screen. You can change your profile picture, name, etc. and nutrition information.
