    @CapnDonkey Hey, I saw your comment on the Tea challenge wall. Try drinking white tea! White tea has higher antioxidants and will help you stay hydrated longer then water. I work at a tea store so just thought you'd be interested to know! :)

      I haven't tried white tea! I love my green tea, though. I haven't had a cup of coffee in over 10 years, either. I gave up coffee the same day I quit smoking, and haven't looked back. I prefer my tea iced, is there a certain kind of white tea that is great when iced?

      Fruity blends are really great iced. White teas are really delicate so if you just have a standard white it's kinda bland. But try teavana.com. It's all loose leaf high quality tea, with over 100 different kinds of tea. Hope that helped! :)
