    stress eating! Buying a house is an emotional roller coaster! Once this is all over with I will be so busy I wont even think about eating everything in the house anymore :)

    Ristorante Spinaci pizza for supper last night pushed me past my sodium limit, but I am good for everything else... They were on sale and I didn't feel like cooking for BF and his friend last night :)

    Woah!! Just completed drink 8 cups of water for 30 days and the best part is I REALLY did it! It was hard some days, but I did it. Better still is completing that challenge just launched me to level 7! F Yeah! :)

    Today sucks :( Got a letter of rejection for the job I really wanted. Kinda just want some ice cream and my couch. Maybe a chick flick or two. Or perhaps an action movie where a tall guy named Paul gets blown up or maimed in some dramatic and evil way...muhahahaha

    How is it that I can have a big lunch (Big wrap from bad ass jacks) and a milk and barely two hours later I am hungry again! I am trying to drink water in case I am just thirsty and don't realize it. I need a snack. :(

      Do it again! Buy a Nalgene 32 oz bottle. It helps to visualize it. Do it along with the replace soda challenge if you can! Good luck - Keep it up!

      Thanks all and cheski I recently got a really good insulated stainless steel bottle. It holds two cups so I only need to drink four a day and I usually have that in the bag before last coffee break! I might just do it again although its less of a challenge now. As for the quitting soda one I did that too. But still have a sweet spot for the bubbly. I do it sugar free Italian soda with some club soda now :)

      ake 100g Naturel yogurt and mix with about 34 grams of raspberries. put it in the freezer and let it freeze. Take it out an hour later and enjoy the simple raspberry / yogurt ice cream. containing only 92.2 calories, 4.23g fat, 9.78 carbs, 4.51g protein Enjoy

      Haha I know that feeling Whatawaist! All day Sunday I just snacked and snacked (out of boredom) Half big bag of white cheddar popcorn, some sugary drinks and other bad things. Wasn't off to a good start this morning with the Tim Horton's for breakfast either. Lunch will be a Pita loaded with extra veggies, and maybe I will walk around the block twice at each break today!

      Don't be afraid of the gym! I was the same way for too long, but I found a style of exercise that I enjoy and that works for me (bodyweight exercise). Now, even though the biggest weight I use is a 25 dumbbell and I don't use machines at all, I'm happily at home in the gym. And remember: Nobody there is judging you and, if they are, they're probably impressed that you're making the effort. I'm (now!) one of those wiry, muscle-y guys and I find that sort of dedication amazing.

      I was also afraid when I started going...I decided to hire a trainer for a couple of months to help get me into it and it really helped! It can be a bit pricey, but for me it was well worth the confidence that I now have when I walk through the gym doors. :o)

      I know the feeling erinmiklas! I am (trying not to be) a hardcore pop addict. It was getting so bad where I wasn't sure if I had a glass of water of the course of two weeks, I was just drinking nothing but pop! I have (almost) quit the stuff. I have been having some sugar free Italian soda syrup with some club soda for a somewhat better bubbly fix and the occasional zero cal red bull... Its hard, but I have been drinking so much water lately that I know I feel better!
