    @Skaterman256 It sucks to start tracking again. But you CAN do it. Once you get in the routine of it, it's not so bad.

      I can really relate to not wanting to track your diet. Sometimes it feels like just too much work to start. But for me it seems to be the key to staying on track with everything...and it's not really that hard once I get going. :) For me it works best to try to plan out my entire day the night before. Also MyFitnessPal is a little faster when I just want to log food or plan my diet for the next day. Good luck!
