Refused to give in to my craving for chocolate-covered pretzels. Even in a 100--calorie pack, they're just not good for me!

I've lost over 100 lbs. and 14 dress sizes (and counting) by making permanent diet and lifestyle changes.
@SkinnyKitty Hey there, just wondering how the X has been working out for you! I did Plyometrics last night, which was day 44 of the current routine I'm doing (P90X Classic plus, which incorporates the P90X Plus DVDs). Keep pressing play!
It's REALLY hard work, but well worth it! Day 44, whoa! Good for you...
This is my fourth round through it: once solo, then several times as hybrid with other programs. Drop me a line and we can talk more about it because 500 characters just isn't enough space: WCman1976@yahoo.com
@SkinnyKitty Hey SkinnyKitty,
Saw your thread about P90X, which I will be replying to soon. Drop me a line. I'd like to talk to you about it more! WCman1976@yahoo.com
Hi WCman1976! I saw your reply on the forums. You're absolutely right; I have been working my way up to P90X as soon as I saw the requirements, but there are already some aspect I'm sure I can handle. Planning to work out today, but it's so hot! Gotta be careful. I've already started hydrating for it.
Absolutely! I was wondering if you would like to hook up with some extra support to help you reach your fitness goals by joining my team's Facebook page. If so, send me an email (see above) and I'll tell you more!
@SkinnyKitty I sent you and E-mail because what I wrote was over 500 words on here.

Way to go! If I want to indulge in chocolate, I occasionally have a piece of raw chocolate since it's not as bad as regular chocolate.
Yummy! I have really been enjoying super-dark chocolate too, i.e. 70% or darker. It's supposed to be heart-healthy in moderate amounts...
