    Ok so I stayed home from school being bad sick. All I have eaten is 1 saltine cracker and a lot of water. Is that bad?

    Ok so like I'm having trouble staying on track. Being in school and not having a lot of money isn't really helping. I do great on breakfast but at lunch I want to eat my friends foods. Also at dinner mom my cooks for the whole family so most the time I have to eat what she gives up and its unhealthy sometime. This battle is really tough right now.

      if you can't eat, I'd suggest some soda or juice to get some calories/sugar. (I'm not a doctor though. So if you're really worried, you should check with your physician.)

      Well I finally drank 300 calories of Gatorade just so I can get some calories last night.
