    Bye all you beautiful slimkickes out there ... I'm off on our summerholiday, this year to the Southern part of France .... Hello Nice, Marseille, St. Tropez and Monaco .. I'm off to show my "new" hot body off on the beach :) See ya' in 2 - 3 weeks ...... might stop in Paris on the way home ;P

    Can't wait to get back on track .... am never eating this much ever again, never !!!! My daughter graduated from college yesterday, and I ate so much yummi food and cake I had prepared my self. Been cooking and baking for weeks :) But now I'm ready to kick butt for the next 2½ week before my summerholiday in Monaco, St. Tropez and Nice starts .... Wish me luck :)

    Keep falling off the wagon ever so slightly, am still loosing weight - but for how long if I don't get my act together soon??? During the last 3 days I have eaten, 3 small pieces of bread with butter, 3 almonds covered in chocolate and 3 very small cakes .... hmm.... that "3" sure follows me around???

    Today I made the most delicious chocolate cakes, for my daughters college graduation party ... I made 47, and I didn't eat one at all .... no pre-taste for me ... yahhhh :D

    Today I got under 60 kg. I've been looking forward to this day for the last 5 months - yah, I'm soooooo happy!!!!

    I joined the no junk challenge - and I dont even eat junk! But I do eat a very small amount of candy every now and then. So there goes my last thing :/ ... I follow 4HB, so there is no fruit, no bread, no dairy ... but pleanty of me!!! Cause fat seem to stick to my body, like a fly on poo!

      Body thinks rich food is a wise precaution against famine. Mind has to think long term, and tell body there is no famine predicted.

      How? No forbidden foods. If you want it, admire it, smell its aroma, taste it, and that's all. Have a plan B: if you cannot resist it. Take a small portion, promising to exercise it off, and really appreciate and enjoy it. Decide your personal treat quota (daily, weekly, special occasions) so you can survive social eating.       I am a diabetic and my nutritionist says simply, If you want it, eat it. But you do have to learn and practice self control. If you want pizza get pizza but eat 1 slice. If you cant walk away then get rid of whats left. Invite a neighbor over or just toss it out. I have been on here so long even when I am bad it's nothing compared to what I used to eat. I ate a doughnut today and it took me almost 13 hours to do it. Took the last bite just a few min ago and it was kinda stale.

      Thank you ... I had 2 challenges that finished the same day, gave me a + 4400 points :) Am packing for my summerholiday, so come friday and I wont be able to log anything for 2 weeks!

      Right now, you need to give me 3 sets of pushups, 3 sets of crunches, 3 sets of jumping jacks, 3 sets of burpies, you must run 3 miles and then climb up and down 3 flights of stairs 3 times! Get going!

      i find if i fall off the wagon occasionally i lose more weight. i need that occasional cheat day to keep the motivation. don't get discouraged. :) i took a whole month off and i'm still down 15 pounds from where i started, and at my best i was down 19.

      cheat days are OK but if your like me you will reach a point where you are tired "showing little gain for a weeks work" Then you really kick it in and really think about what and when you cheat and if its worth it. After I got to that point it all changed for me I didn't even want fast food or anything that would disrupt my progress. Good luck!

      Thanks for the pep-talk! I needed that .. I've been soooooo good at not cheating at all for so long, and it seems like once it started to go wrong, it was hard to stop? My mind is saying ...oh, it dosn't matter it's only xxxxx!! Than after eating my mind is saying ... oh how stupid and worthless you are, cant even commit to simple thing like not cheating!!! There is a lot of talking going on in my head - anybody feel like I do?

      I follow 4HB, and I'm allowed 1 cheatday a week. But I tend to gain so much weight if I even look at sugar, so I thought I would skip a cheat day and loose some more weight - guess that isn't such a great idear as I thouhgt it would be?? I don't drink alcohole, I belive it's no good for me. I don't smoke, really don't want lungcancer. I eat organic when possible ...

      ... but why am I fine with filling my body with sugar/fat crap?? With perservatives, artificial colours, chemicals??? I have no idear?? It's just as unhealthy as alcohol and smoking .... It's taking me almost 5 - 6 months to loose 19 pounds, it's been soooooo hard, such a loooong journey - and I have learned nothing? Anybody know that feeling?? I guess there is nothing left to do, than follow GrizzledAtoms scedule, and hope my mind have forgotten all about crap when it's done ;)

      Thanks .. I'm quite proud, normally I would have licked my fingers (cakes are dipped in melted chocolate) and I would have pre-tasted a least 2 (read 3-4)!! But I'm waiting untill monday, thats party day :) And on party day, I'm allowed to eat what ever I like ;)

      Thank you Leah, been doing the happy dance my self all day. I was about 68 - 69 kg. It's been a long journy so far, and it's not yet over :) I'm having such a hard time loosing weight.

      Thank you JoLowe0, you are sooo right I'm a new woman. And getting below 60 kg, was someting I thought would never happend!!! I'm so darn happy and I'm so glad I stuck with it, when times were hard and I gained weight or hit a platau. This is the last diet ever in my life, I'm never allowing my self to gain weight again!

      I follow 4HB too but "junk food" is basically what I eat if I cheat (on a no cheat day) on the diet. Ive been on it for 6 months so lately it's been sneaking bread or toast :( how do you like 4HB?

      I like the 4HB in the way it makes me feel, I tons of energy and my body seems to work better on 4HB than on "normal" food. That said, I sure miss being able to eat a piece of fruit, a bun or roll, drink a cup of juice. I cant figure out what to eat if I want something to treat my self, if I've done something extra good??? And I seem to have hit a plateau 4HB cant fix. Been on it quite some time now, and havn't really lost what I thought I would??? I tried PAGG, but that made me gain weight??

      I can understand why you would sneak a piece of bread, I have the same craving ssooooo often! I dream about eating a burger & fries - and I don't even like it!!!
