    Made chicken wraps for dinner. Got most of the way through it and realized I forgot the cheese!! That's definitely a first, and probably a good thing. :)

    I'm switching off dairy and going to soy. I WILL be having cheese every now and then (mostly because I have issues resisting it xD) but I will be backing off the milk. Bought some soy milk today for cereal and some chocolate soy milk for cravings, both light versions. Let's do this thing.

      Soy is still pretty bad for you. Have you considered trying coconut milk or rice milk?

      i developed a soy allergy after years of being vegetarian/vegan. backing off milk can be good, your body knows best, it sounds like you're listening to it! but i'd echo the suggestions to try a variety of alternative milks: almond, rice, and coconut can all be good. the only downside is lower protein, so adding a rice protein powder to smoothies, for example, can help make up for that. nothing wrong with some cheese here and there :^)

      I don't like almond milk at all. We have it because my fiance has allergies/intolerances to soy, rice and lactose. After i get through the soy milk i just bought i'll try the rice milk, tho!

      If you really need something sweet and bubbly, you can try mixing half fruit juice and half sparkling water. It's still sugar but really not as much as soda, and with a bit of vitamins. Good for a craving at least :)

      Been soda/juice free since January. 90% water mostly and some diet flavored tea (not any better than diet soda I know) to curb the cravings. It gets easier over time.

      hm 99% actually :). While it gets easier, you'll always crave it some (still do). Just remind yourself that your teeth and you will feel better!

    @ValkyrieSinger Started a new routine that's just the right amount of workout for me right now. 20 reps of Ginga (Capoeira basic routine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WV-Sf5-aCcc) 5 regular push ups 5 slow squats with arms linked above my head 20 reps of Ginga + Esquiva Baixa every three reps (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=fvwp&NR=1&v=9K0Td7jIYlw) 5 regular pushups 5 slow squats with arms linked above my head TRY IT
