    I just woke up from feeling majorly sick! Threw up and couldn't move. Now that I took a nap I feel a hundred times better.

    I had finally lost some weight and got skinnier then I ate to much today and got bloated.I feel fat now.

      Sometimes it's better not 2 have a scale. U keep weighing yourself in hopes you lost even a quarter pound. That's not living. If u feel skinier than u r. No 1 is more in tune with our bodies than ourselves. If you just eat 2 things less from your dayly amount of food we eat we will lose weight weight. Remember a fast walk can make u loose more in cal than u'd b surprised at :).

      That's ok. No one's perfect. Try to find deserts that will fit in your calorie range like popsicles.

      Next time when you have some event like that try getting a smaller plate and filling it up with food. By doing so you trick your body into thinking your eating a lot more and get fuller quicker and your not eating as much.
