Hey everyone, I haven't posted on here in AGES...but I want to get back to that. In the past I started up all kinds of challenge groups. This one is a little different. Check out my video at this link. Message me here or there! http://wcman1976.wordpress.com/2013/11/06/new-fitness-group-forming-healthy-breakfast-challenge/

Man, I just realized I have a TON of exercises and routines that I never got around to creating! But in order to do that, I need to find my calorie counter so I know how much I burn during those moves before I create them in "Exercises" here.

Wow, been a LONG time since I have been around! I've been working a job that is 12 hour shifts, and very physical, so that has been my workout for a long time. Soon I will be back in the office, and I'm going to get back into fitness with 10 Minute Trainer!

Why is it I can see my Asylum challenge when I search for challenges, but I can't see it when I click on "my challenges?"

Still going strong with Les Mills Combat. I will be driving over the road with a trainer soon. It will be interesting to see if I can maintain the dedication.

It's been a while since I have been able to log my workouts on here. That's because I was on the road and had only an old, slower than molasses laptop to use. I will be starting Les Mills Combat to bring in the New Year. Before that, I plan on doing a Shakeology 3-day cleanse!

Now that I finished the Ultimate Reset Challenge, I get to basically take a week off from anything fitness-related. I mean, I still have to watch what I eat and so on, but there is no specific nutrition plan to follow or workouts to be completed.

Day 5 went off without a hitch. I felt good enough to go to my wing chun class and was very humbled by how many things I need to correct in my second form. So long to go until I can teach at my own school, but the journey is worth it. I can't explain the rush I get when Sifu finally says I did something RIGHT! LOL

Day 4 recap: they had a going away party for me at work. Their natural inclination is to buy pizza and wings. However, I held fast and told them I was on the Reset. They actually bought me a fruit salad!

I got a late start with the Reset today: I didn't take my morning supplements until 10:00am because I had a lot of errands to run. Oh well...better late than never!

Very bizarre day yesterday. It was day 4, week 2 of the Ultimate Reset. My son William got a TON of candy trick or treating, and we had plenty at the house to hand out...but I didn't feel like picking at it every time I walked by the bowl! This Ultimate Reset really CAN work miracles!!!

ULTIMATE RESET: Day 4 of week 2. Time sure is flying by! I can't wait to get back to working out though. When I am done, I am going to do a week of 10 Minute Trainer...and then it's time to check myself in to the Asylum!!!

Day 3 of week 2. Can't believe I am 10 days in already! Things were a bit rough on day 1 of this week because I didn't eat enough for breakfast. I was trying to eat enough while also being conscious of the fact that I didn't want to eat TOO much. (The wallet is a little thin these days so I don't need to tear through the fruit too fast!)

@Southernbelle2011 How's the challenge going for you? It's actually meant to be used in conjunction with the Beachbody workout Les Mills Combat, but as long as you are doing something, that's better than most people! I'd like to see you post on the Challenge wall too!

Unfortunately, the challenge here on slimkicker doesn't have any specific instructions. If there's instructions on fb, I'll add it in with my cardio after the gym. I always like adding more to my exercise routine.

      What is ultimate reset ?

    • img

      WCman19762764 days ago

My apologies! Ultimate Reset is a 21 day detox program. It isn't like your typical "cleanse" diet where you basically live in the bathroom for 3-4 days. To learn more about it, you can check out this site: http://myultimatereset.com/WCman100

Also, you can read my blogs about it. I've been too busy to write about every single day, so I have been doing a "week in review" type of thing: wcman1976.wordpress.com
