Just finished 70 minutes on my treadmill desk :)
Walked 20,000 steps today. Didn't even do anything super amazing to get there.
Have walked 10,000 steps today and did a yoga class.

Road my bike into work today after starting off the morning with oatmeal. I love health :)
Started out the day with a 30 minute walk on my treadmill desk during my morning surf, then walked part of the way to work as well. FitBit tells me i'm at 8,000+ steps already.
Having a nice arugula salad for lunch with grilled chicken, tomatoes, broccoli, wheat berries, quinoa, a hard-boiled egg and some balsamic vinaigrette. Yum! Have walked 8,000 steps so far today.

Started off the morning with oatmeal/flax/peanut butter/banana and then took the ferry into Manhattan so I could do a 1/2 hour walk to work (4000 steps). Starting the day off great, feeling great.
