    Seems I have reached a plateau that I can't break unless I get to work on some real, regular exercises . Good thing I just was hired at a new job that will involve a lot of walking and regular lifting...WOOT WOOT ... new work and free exercise LOL

    ok...been sick for a week...couldn't eat or drink much of anything but water....not the best way to lose 14 pounds in 5 days but i'll take it. back to eating healthy . still not 100% but i'll start with my exercises tomorrow .I do NOT recommend catching this stomach bug to anyone!

    Coming off of a week with a REALLY nasty stomach bug....not how I wanted to lose 10 pounds in a week....feeling better today...actually ate breakfast.

    Cholesterol , sodium ,sugar and protein all red ...there goes my reward ....I'll get back on track tomorrow ...gotta enjoy a steak once in a while,

    Since starting Slimkicker on April 8th , I have gone from 239.6 pounds to 229.6 on May 9th ,My average weight since starting is 233.97. At the moment it is at 231.4 but I know that's just the way it cycles . If the trend keeps going like it is I should be real close to my first target of 225 by my birthday in the middle of June . Woot Woot !!!

    Carbs are getting much more in check and sugar isn't ALWAYS red , just some days...usually from fruit. but my cholesterol is still red by first meal...I NEED MY 2 EGGS in the morning , and that redlines me right away. I really don't trust those eggbeaters...looking for another solution....I like the high protein the eggs give first thing in the morning.

    I really have to get theses carbs and cholesterol under control...been keeping the sugar in the green ...which is a big improvement over last week...( was double the sugar limit almost every day) but still have work to do.

    Instead of eating my "regular " breakfast" of sausage and 3 Jumbo eggs with 1 slice of cheese , I made a breakfast with smaller portions but more variety,,,more balanced , oatmeal, 2 large eggs, sausage , OJ , and half a slice of cheese....will have to look at my meters to see how it stacks up ...should at least help the cholesterol level.

    I've lost 10 pounds and 1 pant size since the 2nd of this month WOOHOO!... mostly due to this sight.... I have tried other sites that track personal health but a site like this that makes a game of it, &gives you level ups and points , a little friendly competition , It's exactly what I needed Thanx Slimkicker!

    Wow...Not seeing a big difference in my weight but i feel much better and my belly is smaller...must just be toning up...because i have only lost about 3 pounds so far... I've been told it's noticeable by people that didn't even know i was working on it.

      I'm right there with you with the cholesterol and the two eggs. The eggs keep me from eating carbs with breakfast... but tthen the cholesterol is in the red!

      If you can stand it, try making one whole egg and a couple of egg whites. Scrambled it's not bad - you need the one yolk to keep the flavor - but with the extra whites mixed in you get the protein without the cholesterol.

      Honestly, I just deal with the red cholesterol; as long as you're not eating a bunch more during the day I think it's fine. Eggs have healthy cholesterol anyway, and while it's probably good to stay under, I think the protein and the healthy calories are worth the tradeoff!

      I have a thing for bananas so I think I am doomed. I had 2 for breakfast w/ peanutbutter 1T. I never thought I could cut that from 2T to 1T so there is a way. Think green. Lynn :)

      wow ...I forgot about peanut butter...LOL since I quit eating white bread to lower my carbs , I haven't had a peanut butter sandwich in weeks...0 cholesteral , 7g's of protein, some healthy fat...hmmm gotta find a way to work that back in without bread.
