What is the best No-Calorie Sugar replacement? I HATE Aspertame, and it is in everything!
I have switched Fat free, Sugar free yogurt and mixed berries in the morning from a peice of toast or oatmeal. I have felt deprived by 11:00 am. Trying to curb cravings with a small peice of fruit or peppermint tea. Any suggestions?
I woke up EARLY and went with my mother to the gym! The workout flew by with her there to talk to!

Excersize Challenge Day 1 - Squat, pull-up, sit-ups, and I added push-ups. 20 minutes, I can do this, I can do this, I CAN DO THIS!!!

Everytime I stopped in the Halls to talk with people at school, I would do 2 or 3 squats... I made it into a joke, but man do my quads hurt today!
weekends are hard to get on the computer and keep track of things... not like at work, when I am in front of a computer almost all day!

Splenda is the one that tastes most like sugar, and also bakes like it. I use Stevia because it is a natural product, but it doesn't taste like sugar. it is very sweet and you only need a teeny amount of it to sweeten up something like plain greek yogurt.
I used to use Splenda because I preferred the taste, but now I use Stevia. I wasn't sure about the taste the first time I tried it, but now I like it.
I also like Splenda!
Mint tea works great for me. Also minty or dessert-flavored sugar-free gum.
I have greek yoghurt with berries every morning but if you team it up with some protein it will keep you full far longer, have a hard boiled egg or scramble an egg in a mug with mushroom in the micro, still quick enough for.mornings but the protein will keep you full :)
breakfast should be your largest meal of the day. so load up more. it will keep you fuller all day anyways and youll want to eat less around lunch and afternoon snack and dinner. just make sure they are healthy calories and not empty ones.
Almonds goes well with that greek yogurt and fruit - which really isn't enough for me either. I agree- you need some protein for breakfast. That will help a lot. For a quick breakfast that doesn't require cooking, try cottage cheese with fruits or herbs or tomatoes mixed in.
