    This weekend is going to be difficult health-wise so I'm trying to mentally prep myself. I will not overindulge! If something unhealthy looks spectacular, I can have a bite, but no more! The more I eat, the less tasty it will seem and the calories will be wasted. I can do this!

      Woo hoo! 4 miles is great! I can easily remember when running 1 mile was tough to do without walking, and I just ran a half marathon =) You'll surprise yourself by how easy 4 miles will seem next year so long as you stick with it!

      4 miles of all Running???? That is really good. 4 miles is good to start with. Even walk/run is good+. I am excited for you.

      Slacking on the food tracking. I joined the no sugar challenge. It might as well be a no ice cream challenge for me. I wounder if I could go for a month with out ice cream. Don't tell me about low carb or portion, give me a real bowl and a soup spoon or nothing. I am working on this. I did this before of only eat it out and then eat the size you want to be.

      It's awesome! It's based on principles similar to SlimKicker. You "pick up" supplies as you run, which you can then give to different areas of your township (Hospital, Armory, etc). When you hit certain milestones of supplies, areas level up. The best part is that as you run, it plays your own music with interspersed "radio communications" that tell a story. It's entertaining and rewarding!

      Just dug out my old iPod touch, will see if I can use it for Zombies, Run! - it sounds amazing :D since I saw the original Dawn of the Dead as a little girl I've always wanted to escape zombie hordes and fight for survival!

      sounds like a lot of fun! The app site says that it can even work for walkers and treadmill users. Makes me wish I had an iPhone, iPod touch, or Android. (says Android app will be out in June)
