      I. Am in same boat. My approach was diet that would keep me healthy but I wondering a way to lose not retain water weight. My diet lean meats all u can eat. Been eating chicken thighs skinless fat trimmed as best and long hour boiling drinking broth and diet water, drinking over 16-20 cups a day. Stopped senna today because was retaining daily then losing. It's said cause fast weight loss for millions all over the world. Hmm I am low intense wrk outs to burn fat since no carbs mainly.

      I guess I am scared if I gain eAting not alot deft water but I'm going to go back to piling and guilt then atleast 1 lb a day is easy to lose

      If you want to stop throwing up you have to make a commitment to not throwing up no matter what you eat. That is how I stopped almost 30 years ago. I was seeing a therapist at the time, and you may need that if you're not already. SK can't substitute for a professional's help.

      My problem I have to have the perfect plan but no fear of it causing gain and right now just not happy with outcome tho love the dirt food. Dairy I can't have cause lactose all fruit ruins me up sore cut up mouth from acid. Grains cause binging and only meat I like why doing dukan but not in need to gain muscles just now drop 3 or more n maintAin.

      I've been in almost the same boat. I wasn't throwing up, but I was starving myself. The methods are different, but the mind set is the same. Think less about skinny and more about healthy. That's how I did it.

      That's good. Keep it up. I didn't purge for a little over a week and I ended up doing it lastnight.
