    It's been over two weeks since I last logged in. Between holidays, weddings and days away I have eaten very badly but I'm back and determined!

    After saying I wouldn't have a treat yesterday I ended up getting a takeaway for dinner. I'm not making excuses though. I wanted it, I had it, and now today is a new day.

    I don't know what it is about Thursday but I always find myself wanting a treat. I end up breaking my diet and it takes me until Sunday to get under control again. Well that won't be happening this week, that's for sure!

    A guy I work with only eats carbs on Sundays. I didn't think I'd ever be able to do that but the last two nights I've changed my dinner from stir fry veg with chicken and noodles/rice to just stir fry veg and chicken. So far I haven't missed the carbs and I feel lighter and brighter. I'm still having carbs at lunch so that's probably why but usually I'm craving them like mad whenever I'm eating healthy.

    I make a to do list every morning for my day to day things. Even little things like 'put on a wash' or 'have a shower' go on because I'm more likely to do them then instead of waiting until the following morning. Since yesterday I've started adding diet things like 'drink 2l water' or 'no sugary snacks'. It helps me set little goals and makes everything more manageable.

    I spent the day shopping with my Mum in Dublin and am very proud of my food choices today since I was out and about. Instead of a white bread sandwich and hot chocolate I picked a gluten free sandwich and peppermint tea. I promised myself a Starbucks hot chocolate when we were leaving but I had a fruit salad instead. For dinner I had a kids sausage and mass meal with a side of veg. Sure it was microwaveable, but it was better than Dominos!

      Yep! I'm happy I had it in a way because today I don't want any bad foods. If I hadn't had a takeaway yesterday I would probably still be craving it today!

    @aoifenir Hey hun :) Yeah, Cheesecake is my favourite dessert, so when my friend offered to get me a slice for losing some weight, I gladly accepted. Seeing as I couldn't afford my previous Lvl3 treat which was books and DVDs I've wanted for ages, but they can wait :) Had a bad day there yesterday, but today is a new day. How's you? :)

      Hey! I'm going to a wedding next week so I'm hoping to get to level 3 by then so I can enjoy the meal! I've had a couple of bad days but was still much better than usual. This week has been good so far though! I was off work for nearly 6 weeks so having a routine again is heaven!

      Don't worry about it, same here hun! Track everything you eat, and any sort of exercise helps too. Sure I wrote in 4 hours of Walking (slow), it all adds up. And the challenges are great too :) Hugs x
