    I live in a house with 8 other people. And we randomly decided to go get ice cream. So we walked to the store and bought a gallon, brought it back, and ate like there was no tomorrow. I notice myself trying to justify eating the ice cream, but at the same time, I know I could have just settled with one scoop instead of having a bowl and 2nd helpings. x_x

      Do not feel you have failed! Feel the victory that you know that this may not be the best idea! And take this knowledge with you to the next day! It is easy to be tempted, but if you fall just say okay I ate crap, nothing I can do about it, stand up again and continue fighting for your goal!

      +1 on the bringing your own snack. ...or, you could run into the meeting room, throw yourself onto the pizza box, saving all attendees from catastrophic caloric intake!

      A couple of us decided we'd pass and go eat salads w/ balsamic dressing afterwards together. SO much healthier, not to mention fun! (/relief)
