    Stayed on target with calories yesterday, and have been taking stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible, although I missed my 10 wall squats due to a super early bedtime.

    Haven't had a good food day, but it's been a great exercise day! Been cutting back on the tv time in general, which has been a great help!

    Need to figure out how to better limit my sugars and carbs. It seems just 1 serving of plain yogurt is nearly half of what I'm supposed to have for the day in sugars. I've gone over sugar today and have had only fruits, veggies, yogurt, and a PB & Jelly....

      Crazy how fast it adds up, right? Yogurt's not worth it for me these days. Maybe cottage cheese with fresh fruit?

      Have you tried plain nonfat Greek yogurt? The kind I get only has 7g of sugar in 1 cup (plus a great amount of protein). Also, I don't pay as much attention to natural sugars. I raised my sugar allowance to 50g and just make sure that no more than half of that comes from added sugars. That way I don't have to feel guilty for eating fruits and vegetables.

      I don't enter my fruit because I don't count that sugar. It's possible, though, that your PB & J had a significant amount of sugar.

      I had a small apple and a banana and went over, I agree about not counting fruit as long as I don't go overboard
