    Happy Sabbath Day CC, Tonight I wanted to briefly talk about the importance of our rest days(today was mines lol)!!...Make sure to take a rest day 1-2 days our body needs this...!! Your body needs rest to recover and grow... Make sure your getting adequate amount of sleep(6-8 hrs),if not then the changes you see will be minimal, even if you are working out very hard and eating really healthy...Have a good nite:-)

    This might sound lil crazy but taking cold showers rev up metabolism and help you have more energy in turn u lose weight!!

      Less dramatic then taking showers is putting an icepack on the back of your neck and the front of your chest for about thirty min every night. It has the same affect. :)

      I've been doing the shower method for 2 months and noticed a dramatic change. But it's good to know other alternatives thank-you:-)

      lol I've read the articles on it and I don't retain heat well as it is. I tried the icepack method for a bit but couldn't stick with it long enough to know if it helped but I hear a lot of good things on both methods.

      Oh lol my family & friends think i'm crazy for taking cold showers in the winter but it's amazing. At first I thought I was crazy for even trying it but so many ppl youtube/internet talking about it had to try.

      Thanxs everyone for your support! I've been doing the insanity/p90x and taking the shakeology shakes. Another tip that help me was drinking oolong tea(=3 cups) before a meal the chinese swears by it and really works.
