    i honestly think that my sugar allowance is incredible low! i eat nowhere near enough of everything else apart from sugar and carbs

      This is the same for me! I am always in the red for carbs and sugar everyday but really low on everything else :/

      I ignore the sugar bar, it's basically impossible to keep it low. I just focus on calories overall.

      I enter any fruit I eat at the very end of the day or even the next day so that I have a good idea where my sugar is at... I don't really count fruits.

      I also feel that the threshold for sugar is really low. Others have told me that they just don't count sugars from fruits against them. I mean, I can have plain yogurt and a medium piece of fruit and pretty much be at my sugar limit for the day - which is kind of crazy...

      Skipping meals can be a bad plan to developing good eating habits. If you don't eat in regular intervals. It also slows your metabolism down, and you're more likely to end up having a larger meal the next time you eat. (whereas eating 3-6 meals spaced apart helps you better control your portions and keeps your metabolism steady). So skipping meals can work against you, rather than for you. Good luck!
