Give yourself time! It's can feel like a long, hard road to follow, but along the way, you're getting in shape (and sometimes you won't see it).

tnx! but it's been almost a month that I'm here and I just keep thinking at the deadline that the site gave and I just keep thinking that I should be able to see some results by now...and appearentley they aren't...but I'll keep on track

Deadline? Maybe you're looking for weight loss, but maybe reconsider this as a whole body life style change. Every good meal you eat, every time you exercise, you are strengthening your heart and body and extending the quantity and quality of your life. If you keep at it, pounds will naturally fall, and the slower they come off, the better chance you have of keeping them off.

Stay with it, man! The first 3 months I was working out, I couldn't hardly tell that anything was working except that I was sore all the time. Plus, I gained weight the first two months. Now, 5 months later, I've lost 3 notches on the belt, I've gained inches on the chest and arms and finally lost about 10 lbs. Don't think about the scale... focus on how you feel and track what you eat.

Also a tips could be to take pictures of your self once a week! And later on compare them. You might not always see the result in the mirror but if you look and compare pictures you migth see the small changes that makes you go on. (A plus is to reflect this together with a friend do to more realistic feedback)
