    Very starving at work after a light lunch. Trying to drink as much water as possible to keep myself from eating something in the staff room! Also, even though I don't like blueberry muffins, I found one on my desk today in honor of "National Blueberry Muffin Day" (really?) and that is also now tempting me.

    Not drinking any alcohol this week to save on calories and sleep better! So far, I feel very well rested and I hope this will jump-start my weight loss for the week!

    Got over my craving! It is so nice to be able to post here and have people respond saying "stay strong". Instead of the delivery I wanted I had a salad and cabbage for dinner then tried on a new sweater- it is really flattering, even though it shows my tummy! Know I wouldn't be feeling this good if I had ordered that food!

    Spent two hours making Indian cabbage rolls that are completely on the four hour body diet....and now I'm craving my favorite sandwich that is a phone call away!

    Took a Benadryl this morning because of allergies and normally, it has no effect. Today though, I cannot stay awake at work! Terrible! Hoping drinking my normal 3L of water will wake me up a little bit.

    Just did crunches in the living room and my beagle thought I was playing a new game and kept jumping on me! Maybe that's sign I need to do crunches more often.... :)

    Wow, completely over my sugar limit because of my low fat salad dressing! Tomorrow I'm going for a homemade olive oil and vinegar dressing on my salad!

      I just hate when my co-workers stuff their heads with candy, chocolate and chips!! Last time I told the manager to get cherry tomato and carrots, for me .... and they did! Made me happy - I could stuff my head too :) Trade that muffin in for some almonds instead ... or "accideltly" drop in on the floor, that way you cant eat it!

      Haha! Co-workers are never good for diets! Luckily they have finally caught on that I hate sweet things so if someone makes a carrot cake, they will bring me a carrot. I put the muffin back and luckily drinking 3 L of water made me pretty full!

      There is a book about it that's really good. Basically you don't eat carbs, sugar, or fat. It mainly a protein diet. I eat mostly beans and lean meat.

      It is similar to the Paleo diet- no dairy, sugar, carbs, and very little fat. So, the main things I eat are non-starchy vegetables, lots of beans, and lean meat. Here is the website: http://fourhourbody.com/

      I like it a lot. I started in January but lately have been not doing so well! I kind of over did it with eating just beans and got burnt out on them. Are you doing the diet as well?

      I did it pretty solid for a few months, but I've moved to a more paleo approach when I actually eat properly. I still like to talk about it though, because the principles are very good. The only reason I switched is because I realized fruit isn't bad (necessarily) and legumes kind of are (although I still eat them on occasion).

      Yes paelo is very similar otherwise too. I don't like fruit and prefer legumes so the 4HB is a better fit for me! I just have to make sure to stick with it! :)

      Add them to your calendar on your phone if you don't find an app. Or use sticky notes on your computer - that's what I do cause I am pretty low tech and have an ancient phone.

      Ellie, someone else suggested Trello site so I had a look. Interesting, it will take me a while to learn to drive it. I haven't found any other that I have persisted with, maybe this will be the one, Jo
